It is our pleasure to present you with our Q1 update. For GDCC, it has been a fantastic quarter filled with new clients and exciting developments around data collection. We sincerely hope the same goes for you!
WORLD BANK ENTERPRISE SURVEY
We have recently launched several projects for the World Bank, conducting video interviews with high-level B2B respondents for the World Bank Enterprise survey. Per country we conduct between 300 and 900 interviews of approximate one hour duration. We are proud to partner with the World Bank and leading research firms on this challenging survey! More information can be found at the World Bank website here.
CX PROGRAMS GAINING MORE TRACTION
The customer satisfaction programs keep on growing! In Q1 this year we onboarded 2 new clients who chose GDCC to execute the data collection for their global customer satisfaction surveys, bringing the total number of CSS programs we are running to 21! Suffice it to say, GDCC is an excellent partner for your data collection needs!
HEALTHCARE WORK (GDCC USA)
Over the past 12 months, GDCC USA completed more than 12,000 healthcare related surveys, partnering with organizations ranging from small consultancies to the largest healthcare firms.
GDCC USA is fully HIPAA, ISO and TCPA compliant, and recognized as one of the industry leaders in compliance and secure handling of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Our rigorous standards ensure every project meets the highest level of data protection and ethical research practices.
