CATI IS ALIVE AND KICKING

Despite the surge in digital methods, CATI remains a vital part of our research toolkit—delivering reach, quality, and representative data collection across diverse populations. We have seen a notable uptick in projects requiring phone interviews across the globe. Discover why it’s still thriving in our recent LinkedIn post here.

PUBLIC WORK STILL GOING STRONG

Our work with public institutions continues to grow.

  • We’re currently supporting the World Bank Enterprise Surveys across several markets, helping map the realities of business environments worldwide.
  • We’re also contributing to workplace safety and management insights through our recent collaboration on the ESENER project.

18 years of ISO and counting

We recently renewed our ISO 20252 accreditation for the 18th year in a row. Together with our (global) ISO 27001 accreditation, this underscores our commitment to conducting solid phone interviews, leading to high quality data.
