Mid-May GDCC was audited on ISO 20252 compliance, in order to keep our ISO 20252 certification: not only did we pass the audit with flying colors, the auditors gave praise about the structured way the ISO processes are embedded in the organization.
Just for clarification, ISO 20252:2012 establishes the terms and definitions as well as the service requirements for organizations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research - Developed by an ISO Technical Committee in liaison with professional bodies EFAMRO, ESOMAR and WAPOR, the standard sets out requirements in a Quality Management System for organizations said research.
All three current GDCC facilities (Rotterdam, Istanbul and London) were part of the audit and have been re-certified. In addition we received feedback that we are well on our way to pass ISO 27001 certification: although already ISO 27001 compliant, we expect the formal audit and –certification later this year.
