GDCC UK ’s London CATI centre has now been up and running since April of 2016. So far over 25,000 hours have been called from this centre across 20 different countries.
Interviewing has been conducted on a wide range of Business and Consumer projects, including in financial services, hospitality, telecoms, IT and automotive sectors.
The UK centre works to identical processes and standards as GDCC’s other CATI facilities and to the ISO 27001 and 20252 accreditations in place across the company.
The 60 CATI stations in London bring GDCC’s total available CATI stations to 260, working across 40+ languages, the largest Independent CATI provider of market research services in Europe.
UK Managing Director, Simon Glanville comments, ‘The establishment of the UK GDCC centre underlines our commitment to CATI data collection, still essential for many types of research study. Our aim is to provide global support, with a centralised GDCC flavour, but with local centres contributing where they have the most suitable resources. From experience it’s tough to conduct all languages from a single site, with GDCC, clients receive centralised support from a broad pool of interviewing talent across our locations’.
GDCC provide support from questionnaire set up and translation through to final data delivery. We work with market research agencies and consultancies to provide quality interviewing services around the world.
