Our BPO Partnership

A global research firm recently partnered with GDCC to take over all their existing CATI work, including the supporting staff and interviewers. We are currently combining existing GDCC work with 15 additional continuous projects, 7 new staff members, 15 supervisors and well over 200 interviewers in 17 languages.

A Flying Start Into 2024

Following the announcement of our latest partnership, we are excited to share that during the first quarter alone, we are on track to conduct over 120,000 hours of CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) globally. This effort is complemented by our online interviews for business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) projects, covering a wide range of initiatives.
