Social distancing: adapt and overcome, and preparing for the new normal

GDCC has successfully shifted all call centers to full remote work. All locations are working remotely for the time being, within the same dialing and QC protocols as before, and still operating according to ISO 20252/27001 accreditation. At the moment we have 600+ interviewers in 30+ languages at work every day, and are in full swing!
