GDCC remains in full swing during pandemic

In light of global developments re the Corona virus (COVID-19), below a quick update on GDCC CATI operations: although we have seen some impact on production rates for B2B work in some European markets, in essence GDCC remains in full swing.

  • Over the last weekend we executed various Business Continuity Plan (BCP) protocols, moving a substantial part of our interviewer workforce to work-from-home interviewers in different countries.
  • All interviewers working from home were previously trained- and deployed in one of our call centers.
  • All interviewers still working on our centralized platforms and dialers: no change in any of the quality control processes and procedures.
  • As a result, our global capacity across the (40+) languages we cover has remained practically unchanged.
