In light of global developments re the Corona virus (COVID-19), below a quick update on GDCC CATI operations: although we have seen some impact on production rates for B2B work in some European markets, in essence GDCC remains in full swing.
Over the last weekend we executed various Business Continuity Plan (BCP) protocols, moving a substantial part of our interviewer workforce to work-from-home interviewers in different countries.
All interviewers working from home were previously trained- and deployed in one of our call centers.
All interviewers still working on our centralized platforms and dialers: no change in any of the quality control processes and procedures.
As a result, our global capacity across the (40+) languages we cover has remained practically unchanged.
